It is important to understand that the first 3 fields on the input form are critical to the correct identification of the asset. If these are correctly filled out then the reporting and emails from the system should suitably identify the asset. There are quite a few fields that can be filled out. It would be nice if this was simplified. We are currently looking into ways to improve this. The first of these is the creation of a data upload from a spreadsheet. This would enable people to enter the details offline into a spreadsheet and upload at their convenience.
