Membership & Pricing

Access to Asset HQ is via membership / subscription service offered on an annual subscription basis.  There is no additional charges for larger numbers of assets or per loan fees.  

We have three levels of membership available:

Group Manager Membership     AUD 200.00 / annum.

Features include:

• Group consolidated reporting
• Group management of members (coming soon)
• Group payment and administration (coming soon)
  

This functionality is still in development and is therefore not priced any different to standard membership at this time.   

Standard Membership   AUD 200.00 / annum.

Standard membership is the typical membership for a club or association and grants one unit or group access to all the functionality of Asset HQ.  See Features for more details.

For larger organisations where assets are managed by multiple groups or units there will be the need to purchase multiple memberships.  

For example, Association XYZ has 10 Clubs or Units that need to manage their assets independently then each will need a membership. 

Discounts for large volume customers are available upon request. 

Basic Membership     FREE OF CHARGE

Basic membership is available for organisations to grant to their members and others so that they can see and borrow assets from the club or association.  This membership category has substantially reduced functionality and is not suitable for clubs and associations to use to manage their assets.

Basic membership is also the membership overdue accounts are downgraded to, so that you do not lose complete access to your asset information on expiration of your standard membership account.

For example, this membership will not let you store information regarding serial numbers, purchase details or any other asset detailed information.
