Just recently we had a user ask if we could expand the data sent on reminders and other emails from the system as it was difficult to identify certain assets.

It is important to understand that the first 3 fields on the input form are critical to the correct identification of the asset. If these are correctly filled out then the reporting and emails from the system should suitably identify the asset.

Typically the first field is the name of the item, if it is a trailer then the name should be something like: "Trailer 1AOF116" this field should be enough to identify the item and so will need the registration or other identifying information.

The second field is typically the maker or make of the item eg: "Alf Baragello Trailers"

And the last the type eg: "Tandem 1.5 tonne"

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
