CR6 - Improved Backup Process

Issue: Data backup improvements needed to keep cyclic backups for at least 7 days.
Status: Changes implemented with full automated 8 day cyclic backup in place off-site.

Notes:
Users may notice an approximate 1 minute downtime on the database between 12:01am and 12:02 am WA standard time where users will get a message that the database is not available due to planned maintenance.
If you experience this, please wait one minute and reload the page you are working on.
Users should also note that in addition to the off-site data backup, ClubAssets.com servers are housed in a high security data centre in Perth, with all the modern security and environmental tools. The server/s we run have fully configured RAID (Redundant Array of Independent Disks - meaning if a hard drive fails we still have you covered) and we maintain 100% hardware redundancy off-site should the worst happen.
During the last 2 years we have maintained a 99.9% availability.
